1. Introduction

These Booking Terms outline the agreement between NureHaramTravels (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the traveller (“you”, “your”) when you make a booking for Umrah, Hajj, flights, or other travel services through our website https://nureharamtravels.co.uk/best-umrah-apps-for-uk-muslims-2025-guide/, by phone, or in person.

By booking with us, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

  1. How to Book

You can make a booking:

  • Online: via our secure booking form on our website.

     

  • By phone: through our customer service team at +442036031040.

     

  • In person: at our registered office 450 Bath Road, Longford, Heathrow, Greater London, England, UB7 0EB.

     

Once you provide the required details and pay your deposit, we will send you a Booking Confirmation and Invoice via email. This forms a binding contract between you and NureHaramTravels.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [20% of the total cost] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

     

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be paid [60 days before departure].

     

  • Late Bookings: For bookings made within [45 days] of departure, full payment is required immediately.

     

  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, or PayPal (where available).

     

Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

4. Price Changes and Confirmation

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are correct at the time of publication.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:

  • Airline fare changes

     

  • Hotel rate updates

     

  • Currency fluctuations

     

  • Government-imposed taxes or fuel surcharges

     

You will be informed of any changes before confirming your booking. Once you receive a Booking Confirmation, the price will not change unless due to factors beyond our control (e.g., government taxes).

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from departure).

     

  • Obtaining all necessary visas and vaccinations.

     

  • Providing accurate personal details at the time of booking.

     

  • Complying with the laws, customs, and religious guidelines of Saudi Arabia and other transit countries.

     

We cannot accept liability for costs incurred due to failure to meet these requirements.

6. Special Requests and Accessibility

If you have specific requirements such as room type, meal preference, or accessibility needs, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil such requests, but these cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by us.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers take out comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of belongings, and COVID-19-related disruptions.
You are required to provide insurance details before departure if requested.

8. Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity.
Cancellation charges apply based on the time before departure:

Note: Visa fees, administrative costs, and third-party charges are non-refundable.

9. Cancellation or Changes by Us

While we make every effort to operate your trip as booked, we reserve the right to amend or cancel arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., airline schedule changes, government restrictions, or low group numbers).

If we cancel your booking, you will receive one of the following options:

  • A full refund,

     

  • An alternative package of similar value, or

     

  • A credit note valid for future travel.

     

We will not be responsible for additional costs such as visa fees or travel insurance premiums.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events outside our control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled in line with supplier policies and applicable UK travel regulations.

11. Third-Party Suppliers

Some services (e.g., flights, hotel stays, transfers, excursions) are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Their terms and conditions will also apply to your booking.
We act as an agent for these suppliers and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality.

12. Complaints and Contact

We aim to deliver the highest standard of service. If you experience a problem during your trip, please notify your local representative or contact our office immediately at info@nureharamtravels.co.uk / +442036031040 so we can resolve the issue promptly.

13. Governing Law
