8. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We act as agent for our ATOL-licensed principal. In the unlikely event that your travel arrangements need to be significantly changed or cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting the alternative arrangements, selecting another available package of similar value, or receiving a full refund of monies paid.

10. Passports, Visas and Health
You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and all required visas for your destination. Requirements can change and you should verify current requirements with the relevant Embassy or Consulate before travel. We accept no liability if you are refused entry to any country due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Where we provide visa assistance, this is limited to administrative support only and does not guarantee visa approval, processing time, or outcome.
Health requirements and recommended vaccinations for your destination may change. Please consult your GP or travel health clinic before departure.
11. Special Requests and Medical Conditions
Special requests should be made at the time of booking. While we will pass requests to the relevant supplier, we cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled. If you or any member of your party has a medical condition or disability that may affect your arrangements, please inform us in writing at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline bookings where we are unable to accommodate specific needs.
12. Behaviour
We expect all customers to behave responsibly and with consideration for others. We reserve the right to terminate arrangements without refund if any member of your party behaves in a way that causes distress, danger, or damage to property or other persons.
13. Force Majeure
We accept no liability for changes, delays, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, extreme weather, air traffic control strikes, or government action. We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
14. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all passengers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of belongings.
15. Documents
