Your Rights as a Traveller
At NureHaramTravels, we want every customer to feel confident when booking with us. UK law gives you important protections to ensure you receive the travel services you paid for. This page explains your key rights in simple terms and how we support you if something goes wrong.
- When Services Are Not Provided as Expected
If the travel services you booked — such as flights, accommodation, or transfers — are not delivered as described, you may be entitled to:
- A suitable alternative arrangement, or
- A partial refund or compensation depending on the circumstances.
We will always do our best to resolve issues promptly and fairly, working with our suppliers to minimise any inconvenience.
- Cancellations and Refunds
If your booking is cancelled by us, you will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund,
- An alternative trip of similar value, or
- A credit note for future travel.
If you need to cancel, our cancellation policy (outlined in our Booking Terms) will apply. This includes refund options based on notice period and any non-refundable fees (such as visa or airline charges).
We will process approved refunds promptly, typically within [14–28 working days] of confirmation.
3. UK Package Travel Regulations
If you book a package holiday (a combination of travel services sold together for one price), you may be protected under the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
This means you are entitled to:
- Clear information about what is included in your package,
- Financial protection in case the organiser becomes insolvent, and
- Assistance if something goes wrong during your trip.
We recommend confirming whether your specific booking is covered under these regulations before travelling. You can also request our written confirmation of your protection status.
4. Rights to Assistance
If you encounter difficulties during your trip — such as delays, medical emergencies, or issues with accommodation — we will provide appropriate assistance, which may include:
- Helping you communicate with local authorities,
- Finding alternative travel or accommodation arrangements, and
- Providing guidance or contact numbers for emergency help.
While we may not cover all costs, we’ll always support you to resolve the issue.
- Delayed or Cancelled Flights
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, you may have rights under UK and international air passenger regulations (for example, under the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) or the Airlines’ standard compensation policies).
These rights can include meals, accommodation, or compensation depending on the delay length and airline policy. For details, please contact your airline directly or visit the CAA website.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or compensation through NureHaramTravels:
