Refund Policy
At NureHaramTravels, we aim to make your travel experience smooth and worry-free. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to handling all refund requests fairly, promptly, and in line with UK travel standards.
1. When Refunds Are Available
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- When NureHaramTravels cancels your trip or service.
- When you cancel your booking and are eligible under our cancellation terms.
- When a third-party supplier (e.g., airline or hotel) issues a refund due to cancellation or schedule change.
- When a duplicate payment or billing error occurs.
Each case will be assessed individually according to the terms below.
2. How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid minus any applicable fees, which may include:
- Administrative charge: [£50 per booking]
- Visa and service fees: Non-refundable once processed
- Airline or hotel cancellation fees: As per supplier policy
If only part of a package is refundable, we will clearly outline the deduction in writing before processing.
Example deductions are estimates and subject to change — please confirm with our team before cancelling.
- Refund Timeframe
Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 14–28 business days.
Some cases involving airlines or third-party suppliers may take longer, depending on their response times.
We will keep you informed at every stage and notify you once the refund has been issued.
4. Method of Refund
Refunds are always made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- If paid by card, the amount will be credited back to the same card.
- If paid by bank transfer, we will refund to the same account.
- If you paid in cash at our office, please bring a valid receipt for verification.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable once booked or processed:
- Visa fees and government charges
- Service and processing fees
- Airline tickets issued as “non-refundable”
- Hotel reservations with non-refundable rates
We will always inform you of any non-refundable elements before finalising your booking.
6. Third-Party Supplier Refunds
In some cases, refunds depend on airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers.
We act as an intermediary and must follow their policies and timelines.
Once we receive the refunded amount from the supplier, we will transfer it to you within 7 business days.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@nureharamtravels.co.uk with the following:
- Your full name and booking reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documents (receipts, flight cancellation notices, etc.)
You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days, and we will guide you through the next steps.
8. If You Haven’t Received Your Refund
If your refund has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your payment account for pending transactions.
- Contact us at info@nureharamtravels.co.uk with your reference details.
- If still unresolved, your case will be escalated to our Finance Manager for priority handling.
9. Example Scenarios
Scenario 1 – Customer Cancellation (45 Days Before Departure)
You cancel an Umrah package worth £2,000. A [20% cancellation fee] and a [£50 admin fee] apply.
Refund issued: £1,550.
Scenario 2 – Flight Cancelled by Airline
Your airline cancels the flight and issues a full refund to NureHaramTravels.
We transfer the refunded amount to your account within 7 days of receiving it.
Scenario 3 – Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally make a double payment, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate amount within 5 working days after verification.
